PLEASE help if you can! My friend Shannon's "step-nephew" has been missing for two weeks now. His name is Shane, and he's from the Washington, DC/Alexandria, VA/Arlington, VA area. He's 17 years old and is apparently in need of immediate medical attention. While he may still be in the DC/Northern Virginia area, speculation is that he may be headed toward either the NYC area or the Northern Indiana (South Bend/Elkhart) area.
